We haven’t been eating store-bought eggs for months, we buy our eggs from our neighbours at the Farmer’s Market, so there’s no dramatic difference, except in freshness. These very fresh eggs seem to have a firmer, almost “chewier” texture. Or maybe the difference is in the breed of chicken!
